Finally, with meticulous attention to detail, we lovingly assemble and finalize your custom jewelry

THE PROCESS

1. We will begin with an introductory meeting where we will deeply understand what we are embarking on together. We will discuss the desired jewelry piece, its budget framework, the aesthetic realms that excite you, and the inspirations you wish us to consider.

2. Following the initial meeting, we will proceed to the preliminary design phase. During this stage, we will complete the visual research and present 3 alternatives through 3D renderings. From these options, you will select one that meets all your desires.

3. At this stage, once we know the final design we are proceeding with, we can provide a preliminary price estimate.

4. Almost the final stage, yet still precious - creating the jewelry. This involves casting the gold, setting the stones, and final finishes.

Of course, we would be delighted to involve you in this process if you wish.

DELIVERY

Estimated delivery time is 21 business days from final design approval. While we aim to complete projects ahead of schedule, potential delays may occur due to:

  • Material sourcing challenges
  • Unexpected manufacturing complexities
  • External supply chain disruptions
  • Force majeure events

In case of significant
delays (beyond 10 business days), we commit to:

  • Providing transparent communication through emails
  • Offering alternative solutions or compensation
  • Maintaining regular updates on project status
DESIGN MODIFICATIONS

Are accepted only during Stage 1 (initial design phase). After customer approval in Stage 2, substantial design changes may:

  • Require a new contract
  • Incur additional design fees
  • Reset project timeline

Minor adjustments may be
considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to additional costs and feasibility.

Customers are solely responsible for the legal and
copyright compliance of materials provided to R&A Jewelry House. By submitting any material (images, designs, concepts), you warrant that:

  • You own or have proper licensing for all submitted
    content
  • Materials do not infringe on third party
    intellectual property rights
  • You indemnify R&A Jewelry House against any
    legal claims arising from submitted materials

We recommend necessary
permissions and conducting appropriate copyright checks before submission.
Payment Terms

Pricing Transparency – We will provide detailed cost breakdown before smithing.

Payment structure:

  • Our initial consultation – Free
  • Design Deposit: - 150$ (Non -Refundable)
  • First Milestone Payment: 50% upon final design approval
  • Final Payment: Remaining balance before Jewelry

After payment 2 (design approval) and project
commencement, funds become non-refundable with the following exceptions:

  • Demonstrable failure to meet agreed design specifications
  • Significant deviation from initial project scope
  • Provable manufacturing defects

Refund or project cancellation options:

  • Partial refund based on completed work
  • Credit towards future custom design
  • Negotiated settlement

As a custom designed product tailored to your specific requirements, standard returns and exchange are not applicable.
However, we offer:
